About LORETTA MERRITT
Loretta Merritt is an American urban contemporary gospel artist and songwriter. Her love for music started while singing in the children’s church choir.
In 1995, Loretta joined the renowned gospel choir, James Hall and Worship and Praise, where she recorded and toured with the choir. Her solo music career began in 2019 and has since released songs produced by 3X Grammy Award Winner, Rickey “Slikk Muzik” Offord, Grammy Nominated, Anthony “Kid Class” Wyley, and written by Multi-Platinum Hit Songwriter and Hit Producer, Makeba Riddick-Woods.
She won New Independent Artist of the Year Award at the 25th Annual Gospel Choice Music Awards in 2019.
On July 28, 2023, Loretta released her new song, “So So Good,” produced by Rickey “Slikk Muzik” Offord and written by Makeba Riddick-Woods.
